Feeling like you don't belong in any sort of social setting

That's how I feel. Like I can go to work, do my job, interact with people there, come home again. it's not a 'social setting' like the sort of place you can potentially be exposed to new people that could become romantic partners, etc. It's just work - you go there to earn money and pay the bills. You do it well - you might enjoy it - but work (at least not mine - industrial type shiftwork) isn't where you meet the love of your life.
