Nothing is forever. All things will pass. Move on with hope. Stay strong.
There’s a way out there, there’s a way out somewhere, the rest would come, the other words, sooner or later, and the power to get there, and the way to get there, and pass out, and see the beauties of the skies, and see the stars again.

Get back to basics, change what you can, accept what you can't. In the eye of the storm it is calm, this is what i think centering yourself is to be like. Establish the required space to recuperate, i know how it is when getting back on track, everything you do causes disruptive and anxiety producing reactions from those close. Be clear with them how it is with you, if they are deep down for you, they'll give you space and understanding.
You've got to hold your head up high, take a deep breath, and keep pushing foreward. Sometimes you'll take one step foreward and two steps back but you just have to remember to keep going because YOU are worth fighting for.
Buy a mirror and stare real hard. See what you hate then disguard. Polish mirror for a while. See what you like then follow style. Pass the mirror to all around. Then your new path will be found.
this is my exact situation. what I like to do is set my priorities and just avoid everyone who is bringing me down. although I may be up against the wall, there is a time and place for listening to know it alls, controlling people, an be gurus and this isn't it. disclaimer this may not have made any sense
