This can not be a great sign for 2022 dude...

And I thought I was doing so much better 😭 I haven't felt depressed in a good while... when it used to be a daily thing... and it's been like 2 months and I've been fine but I'm scared 2022 starting off like this will only make me feel more fragile mentally again...

@Notanymore Not much has changed. I do finally start a different position at my job next week after five years of putting up with BS in my old one.

It is a "lateral move" but should be less stressful.
