@Cantsayno A walk in the woods this time of year is lovely and invigorating especially on a crisp cool sunny day. Definitely not au naturel, too many ticks in the woods and it's freezing out there. Thanks my friend, I'm pretty sure I do.

@Docdon23 I've heard from a few nudists that it's amazing. I concur often in the real world and our personal lives, there's never opportunities like that for most people.

Unfortunately some individuals in North America have hang ups about nudity or reticent about doing something so liberating. Europeans seem to embrace it with open arms. Probably why there's more nude beaches there.

@sensualbeauty1 Totally agree. I have attended a few nudist events, small group, and yes, it was liberating!! Especially the ones last summer out in the sun and woods...and yes, too many prudish Puritans in North America...nude beaches are harmless...

@Docdon23 I totally agree, I've been to this beautiful place in the mountains with a natural sauna and waterfall some years ago. There were a few naturalists who were enjoying the beautiful surroundings and amazing sunshine, simply keeping to themselves. Life is far too short and we've gotta try and enjoy it while we're still here.

@likesnatural They're called diamond calves which are the lateral and median head of the calve muscle. You've got to work hard to achieve those.
