I have a lot of involuntary thoughts and sometimes my mind just starts wandering into some crazy scenario. That's not how I am or what I want it's just my mind creating stories and thinking through the worst case. People would think I'm majorly messed up.
Then again, we'd see everybody else's mind too. We'd realize we aren't as messed up as we thought we were since we all probably have those kind of thoughts that we keep to ourselves.
