What is this sickness called?

Why is it that we care a lot about how other people think of us? What kind of monster is this? Where does it come from?

When you are walking, you think everybody is going to judge how you walk..

When you are eating, you think everybody is going to judge how you eat..

When you want to say something, you think everybody is going to criticize you for what you are going to say..

When you want to do sth, you are afraid of making mistakes so that everybody makes fun of you..

You may think some of these are exaggeration, but there are really people who think this way...

Have you ever suffered from this? What did you do? Where does it come from? Is it even possible to overcome it?

Just tell what the heck is this? 😂

Most people are too involved with their own lives to critique yours.

Think about true stories about very visibly strange things that nobody notices or reacts to.

I just read an article about a family with 13 children who lived in a development and nobody remarked on the fact that those kids were rarely outside. Bikes in the carport never ridden.

People are paying FAR less attention to you than you think.
