I simply pretend it never existed. (For the most part)
But with two exceptions... Unsolved Mysteries, hosted by Robert Stack, Rescue 911, hosted by William Shatner.
When it came to reality based television programs, those were my go-to favorites, back in the 1990's.
Anything that came after that, just flat out SUCKS! and is therefore not worth watching or acknowledging the existence of.
