Yes. Somebody I loved and trusted made my life difficult and dangerous for many years. I have recovered, physically from the injuries she caused. But it has made me feel I don't think I'll ever have another relationship.
I understand completely. I've had nobody in my life since 1985 for this exact reason. When someone kills your ability to trust, they deserve no forgiveness.
