Is it OK to feel alone in this Covid times?

a lot of people have experienced those feelings of isolation. Sometimes I just want to talk to another woman like I used to in grocery stores or whatever.

Many are feeling the same way. These lock downs and the fear porn is taking it's toll on mental health. That was the plan.

It's okay to feel lonely. Just remember that in the late summer of 2021 the vaccine should be available to almost everyone. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Turn on the television and listen to human voices during the day, if you can, or use ear buds and listen to the radio if you are at work.

and I take these times are the best times to discover more of your own self. Or even to finally get reading that book you have always wanted to read but keep putting off. Now is the Time. 😊
I’m jealous. I need some alone time omg
Yeah its pretty common but shouldnt be normal. Try to reach out to organisations that can help with loneliness if you feel bad. 🤗

@Cutiepi23 Best is with friends. Sadly they don't get along with me very well. So it takes a toll on me.

@AmandeepSingh Well, this is one of those things where you depending on other people. If they can't or won't make time, you are kinda stuck with it. But as long as you are aware that feelings of loneliness are temporary then it's just something you have to go trough. At least, that's how I look at it. This idea that things are always how you wish them to be, just doesn't work in the real world. At least not in mine... maybe someone out there hits the jackpot, to manny variables to be really sure. But I'm pretty sure loneliness, sadness, ... and all those other emotions that are largely experienced as negative, are part of once life. It's what you do with it that counts.
It’s pretty common. A lot of people have suffered depression because of the isolation, especially those who live alone.
