I cannot work with this woman

Erg, I want to scream right now because I have to work with a woman who yells at me and the girls in the house I work in. I work in an IRA House which is like an assisted living house and all she does is yell and scream at us whenever she feels we do wrong. Erg, It upsets me and I want to tell my house manager but she is overloaded with everything else. So I keep it to myself.
I work for an agency that serves people with developmental disabilities and I work in a home for women who are under our agency and they have to follow COVID Policies which means that every one has to stay 6 feet apart even when eating, which I think is bull crap but if state walked in, then we would get dinged for violating covid protocol if they weren't. We have to wear masks of course, and stay 6 feet apart, but it is also their own home. However, their home is funded by the agency that I work for and we all have different shifts, from days, to evenings, to overnights.
I love my work, I love my job, I love what I do each and every day but I don't like seeing what is happening within the agency that I work for.
I have a co-worker who feels that it is okay to yell and scream at me in the house we work at and she never let's me get a word in edge wise. She yells at me in front of the girls and argues with me all the time about anything and thinks she is always right.
We had an individual today who came home from the hospital after being in CHF Congestive Heart Failure and AFIB too which is also Atrial Fibrulation who also has a pacemaker.
For each individual we have a plan in place. They have a life plan, a MOLST and everything is in place for each individual but when working tonight with this coworker because our individual came back to the house with a low sodium diet that was implemented in her care plan, she began to argue with me about what the house had in regards to no salt, saying there is no plan in place for dietary needs.

The house nurse could not stress enough to us about how much fluid intake this individual could have, just like sodium. She came back with a strict diet of fluid restriction and low sodium diet, and according to the menu for the other two girls who are on a calorie tracking diet it did not accommodate the menu, to the housemate that just arrived home.

I am a frontline healthcare worker, an "essential-employee" but I work in an IRA House and I just do not like being yelled at by another co-worker in the house we work in together.
That's all.

I have said too much.

Maybe it's about time you report her. It sounds like she is an idiot, and since she has been giving more than just one of you problems, that should be enough evidence right there.
