I failed to be a project manager

I failed to give clear instructions, set clear deadlines and monitor the project progress. I focused on the tasks I was doing but failed to oversee the full picture. I also failed to allocate tasks and delegate authority to others.

My colleague gave me comments and advice about it. I need always remember and remind myself about what I should do.
