Which conspiracy theories do you believe if any?

I believe that private prisons made deals with hip-hop record label executives to promote drugs and violence in order to increase the prison population and collect more taxpayer money

I've seen a few different sources either hint at this or outright state it anonymously. I haven't really looked into it, but now that issues of systemic racism are being brought up, it came to mind and I'm thinking that it's more likely than not
