What's your most irrational fear?

Like, phobias or similar.

I'm scared of total silence. It's a rare occurence, but if I'm somehow somewhere with no weather, traffic or birds outside, I make sure there's something making noise in the room.

Same. It’s the only irrational thing that gets me. It’s why I talk all the time or play music or something. Silence messes me up and creeps me out. I totally hate it.

I love total silence. I feel closer to reality without distractions. I can remb when I've been in any environment so silent.
I'm afraid of being underwater needing to breath. Especially in sea water in the cold and dark.
