Does this photo make you cringe?

It makes me cringe. It's a strange sensation that I feel in my parotid glands. My jaw starts to clench. It looks like termite damage. The same thing happens when I look at the gills of a fish or one of those disgusting lotus pods. Is it trypophobia? I feel like referring to it as a phobia is a bit strong, but there is certainly an uncomfortable physical reaction to seeing stuff like this.
