That's too vague
scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
@offingg of them or me?
offingg · 26-30, F
No, I mean what is the situation? @scooogy
scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
@offingg I have different people come up to me with issues, like fellow students at university due to exams but also my nagging father because of the ever-important issue called money. The latter is harming my mental health meanwhile as I sometimes can't sleep properly when having to stand by to await his annoying calls. I mean this is why I moved out, because he kept on nagging me by always knocking at my door for bs reasons 🙄

@scooogy I'm confused, so your father offered to give you advice but not help you further?
scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
@offingg No, I've seeked her advice because my father nags at me about money.
offingg · 26-30, F
@scooogy Ok, who's her? Why do you think she'd be able to help further?
scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
@offingg She's a good friend of mine. And I don't want her to help any further in this since it's rather something private, but I'm somehow disturbed by the boundaries she sets, since I would indeed be up to help her further with her issues, like her labour health, which I proved to her already.

@scooogy Oh okay, so she's refusing to hear more about your issues? Or refusing to be in the middle of conflict between you and your father? Assuming she knows your father as well
scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
@offingg All she said so far was that in my situation with the fellow students she'd give advice but not help any further, which in my case would have meant to actively help with learning for exams.

@scooogy Hm, maybe she has a lot on her plate, if you're good friends then it shouldn't be a problem to dig deeper and ask to get to the bottom of it
