You're confusing hunger signals with the actual thirsty signals. Drink water and you won't feel hungry. If that doesn't work, then it's most likely a stomach ulcer.

You can add healthy fats into your diet. Like avocado and almond butter with you meals. The fats are healthy and slow digestion, making you feel full longer.
