I think only if those multiple profiles fool a person into believing that they are all different people.
I think catfishing is more active than just creating multiple fake profiles. It depends on the intent and whether or not a person is fooled into believing that a person is someone they're not.

Well I can't say if that is possible, I don't know much about multiple personality disorders.
Still not catfishing though, again the intent was never to fool anyone... the awareness isn't even there.
