Do you believe in subconsious mind powers?

I read many books about subconscious mind powers and how can subliminal messages changes someone life, i have read even about biokinesis like someone can change his genes like eye color and hair by subliminal messages, do you believe in that?

I think it can help de stress and help with inflammation & related illnesses etc, but to change genes no.
