Do you believe in subconsious mind powers?

I read many books about subconscious mind powers and how can subliminal messages changes someone life, i have read even about biokinesis like someone can change his genes like eye color and hair by subliminal messages, do you believe in that?

I think it can help de stress and help with inflammation & related illnesses etc, but to change genes no.

Subliminal message.. I'm pretty sure that's not what you want it to be. You really can't give yourself a subliminal message, perhaps you meant a subconscious suggestion.
Either way, doubt that works as "powers".
