Panic. I don't know if I'd even categorize it with anxiety since they're so different, but they call them "anxiety attacks"; but, feeling like you're about to literally die for 10-45 minutes, multiple times a day is pretty bad.
So yeah. I'd say that's the worst thing about anxiety. When it culminates into a supercharged, condensed version of anxiety to the point where you feel on death's door.

I hear ya. Sometimes when I had panic attacks I use to think I was going to eventually go into cardiac arrest I’d get so scared. I’m very embarrassed now but there was 2-3 times over the past handful of years I asked my mother to bring me to the ER. @Tatsumi

@Thebestof1995 Well, don't feel embarrassed, because I'm pretty tough mentally, but I did the same thing October 14th. That was a good $7,000 bill. They can make you think you're really about to die.

I’m lucky if I have a severe panic attack once a year now. My anxiety has calmed quite a bit in the past couple years. @Tatsumi
