Subjective to my own experience, part of my anxiety involves constantly being under pressure to preform well at work so that I can keep paying for the roof over my head.
and also, the person I send there each day to preform said task isn't by any means the real me. Alarming is my requirement to keep up the charade. o_o

I use to work the night shift and even though I didn’t have people breathing down my neck I did the same thing. Every night I’d work myself into a borderline panic attack and have quick breakdowns in the produce cooler because I would crumble if I saw anything that could bring potential complaints from the bosses next morning. I was a wreck. 🤣 I literally constantly moved the whole shift because I was scared I never accomplished enough. @MougyWolf
