Apparently Buckingham Palace did their own investigation and found her to be credible, otherwise the Queen would not stripped Andrew of all his duties and titles.

@NativeOregonian You know this for a fact, or you just assume they did? He hasn’t been stripped of his titles.

@NativeOregonian Yes, and I think it’s going too far. At present, he has committed no crime. Has not been arrested or charged with any crime, and yet the man is being destroyed for the say so of one woman, who just happened to be old enough to consent.
