Usually, no, you can only feel a baby in the earliest stages by touching that area below your tummy. It will be very slightly hard and swollen, as though you had added a 6" sphere to your internal organs that wasn't there before.
In later stages, around 5 months, you can feel odd, tiny flutters, as though a tadpole had gotten loose in there.

@Lostpoet At five months it isn't as though you don't know what it could possibly be...you know it's your baby...but it does feel like a little tadpole. I have read other women feel as though it is the fluttering of an angel's wings...more romantic than tadpoles, I am sure...😂
