Will I ever have a normal sleeping pattern again?
I stay up all day to try and sleep at night and then always fall asleep at around 5/6 am. This isn鈥檛 fair 馃檮

@Mmiker I have spoke to him about it and I don鈥檛 take any tablets cause of reasons so it鈥檚 a difficult one
