I have a huge problem with anger management and I take a high dosage of xanax, anyone have any help they can provide?

@SteveAt24 I know what I'm talking about. People have died from coming off that stuff too quickly after being addicted for long periods. It's not good for you. The more you do it, the more you need of it to feel anything and then you're fucked.

@HannibalMontanimal 10 years or more. I feel like they calm me down, they take the care away, so I feel like it somehow helps with my anger and outrages.

@smallsville45 That's a long time. It's not a permanent fix though. You can't take Xanax forever.
