Seriously how do you cope?

Life is hard and we all have our moments when shit just feels like it's too much to handle at present time.

So when you get to that point how do you cope?

What do you do when you just feel overworked, overwhelmed and just overall underappreciated?

We are all human beings and nothing reminds us of that more than ongoing stressful situations.
