How much do you know about him? Any gift that is a memento of their family memories, or something to make them remember the good times they cherish with you would be great. But Cancer people focus more on spiritual and emotional depth than material luxury. They rarely consider materials important. I'd say write a message in which you'd tell them how much they mean to you and how much you love them. To them, that'd mean the world.
