This is the reality for my next door neighbours. She even models her look on him. It's been going on for 40 years. I used to hear him at the end of his garden telling his chickens about it.

I wish I was making this up, but it's absolutely true.

@PrettyLesley Pretty much yes. Mainly the hair and make-up, but wardrobe too, to an extent. She's met him about five times.

@PrettyLesley I've never really discussed it with her, but it seems like she likes him even more now that her love is hopeless. I'm pretty sure she always knew, as did everyone else.
