Do most husbands know how to iron for themselves?

i learnt in the Royal navym where the penalties for creased unifrm shirts was not good, have ironed ever since though non iron 100% cotton shirts are a godsend though

If they’ve spent any time in the military they can. I actually iron my wife’s clothes for her.

Doubtful, all the men I've know don't mind wearing it wrinkled.

Probably the irons they sell don’t fit their hands well, that’s why

Mine does. I showed him how to do it so he irons for me as well.

I'm not a husband but I can iron. My uncle would say "ohh that's womans work" ...but hes kind of a jerk though. His wife also mows the yard and feeds the cattle. I guess that's womans work to according to him

I don't know, but my seven year old sister knows how to do it, so they literally have no excuse for not knowing how to iron their own damn clothes. Someone with half a brain cell can do it.

I'd say VERRRRRRY few! In college, I didn't knows about doing laundry so I washed a the pants to my suit once (ONLY ONCE). I had to teach myself to iron and sew too.

I used to wear suits to work every day, so I learned how to iron quite well. Although I don’t do it as often, I still can.

I know how to iron I know how to wash dry fold and put away clothing I know how to clean the house clean the bathroom I've done it all.

No, most don't. But I do. In fact I do it in part because it hurts my wife, so I will iron her clothes as well.

Not a husband. Mom had me ironing at home at age ten. Including her nursing caps, with starch!

Well I can only speak for myself when I say I do the vast majority of the ironing.

Not married but I don't know how to. I do know how to cook to some extent though

I’ve never taken a poll. But I’m just as likely to scorch a shirt as anyone. I opt for permanent press clothing whenever possible. 😅
