Why does the world move on

Why does everything keep going on but i am still struggling to come to terms with past experiances. I cant sleep things going round my head i feel like im the only one going through this and dont know how much more i can take. 馃槩

@Pcat82 You're very welcome, I hope you can just take it one day at a time & at the end of each day, tell yourself how well you did, that you were strong & you dealt with it.
