You have a good head on your shoulders. You are always willing to help. And, you use humour to help bring the tension down when things are getting out of hand. You have built a network of social support that helps you in tough situations. I would like to see you volunteer for more responsibilities instead of shying away. Overall, you are doing a fine job and I expect more good things from you in the months to come. 📃
