Whats your treatment for lonliness?

I hate how much I'm complaining and wallowing. I just feel alone in a room full of people...

I dunno, I feel I have genuine friends, albeit they are just a few, but I don't ever really feel alone because of them, even when I spend a lot of my time by myself and don't talk to anyone.
