Whats your treatment for lonliness?

Hard to say.

Sometimes I play games.

So... Firewatch, Fe and Valley are gems in my opinion for the way they helped with the feeling of loneliness. Firewatch was the best in that sense, and only one I've finished so far. Played it through twice.

Another idea is if you can join a group in RL or take a class in something which interests you, then you can meet and interact with people who share similar interests, and as a bonus, you learn something that interests you. Examples could include watercolor, photography, astronomy. Check your local area's activity calendars for class schedules. There should be many other activities aside from classes too. Find what interests you and yo.

As nice as folks here are and how instant the feedback can be, it's probably not great in terms of healthy companionship, but hopefully you've gotten some good ideas from your post.

I dunno, I feel I have genuine friends, albeit they are just a few, but I don't ever really feel alone because of them, even when I spend a lot of my time by myself and don't talk to anyone.

honestly at this point I feel like some of us are just meant to feel chronically lonely. I think for me it stems more from a lack of self acceptance

I feel awkward every since I was bullied. That’s where the anger stems from.

I don't have one, I just ignore it. Probably not healthy. Don't be like me.

This cesspool is my solution to loneliness.

Just be lonely.
