What is it about eyes that makes them the focal point of attraction??

I mean I’m looking through mine but not theirs so it can’t be that..🤔

When someone looks at someone they are attracted to their eyes dilate. Even if we are consciously unaware of this our subconscious notices. This is how I avoid the gold-diggers, they say and act like they are attracted but their pupils say that they are not.

@alan20 a cosmetic used in ancient Egypt was a mild toxin that would dilate the eyes. Coloring the lips was similar, when a woman or man is experiencing lust their lips swell slightly with blood making them redder and a little fuller.

I think its the awareness that by looking into yours they might be seeing into your psyche, rather than what is more likely - what do I say next?

I think we instinctively look into someone’s eyes to judge their mood,if they are friendly or not or if we can trust them.
