Probably sitting down and writing an honest reflection about the situation
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@Sambriggs96 Good advice! I used to journal nightly, which helped a lot.

@Sambriggs96 me too, write and write and vent sometimes here too.

Weed

For me it is just getting away from whatever or whomever is the source of my anger....and it works well when I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
take a hatchet to the tree stump in the backyard and whack it till my arm gets tired.
bowman81 · M
@cherokeepatti Nice, splitting wood with an axe is pretty good too.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@bowman81 I don’t have an axe and I don’t think that would be good for my back, a hatchet is not too bad.
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@JustGoneNow write what? Play how?
@YourBuddyRandall Write music & lyrics. Play them on my guitar and sing. Music is my outlet for pain.

Deep breathing exercises and sparkling water
rckt148 · 61-69, M
Ask them to walk away ,,,I beg them to walk away
Normal anger I have a routine thats all just reminding myself who I am ,,I am not that person anymore
I do not allow drama in my life anymore ,,that cuts down on it quite a bit ,,,I have running my life down to a science
Keeping others from trying to mess that up is my only obstacle

YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M

FreestyleArt · 31-35, M

ArianaRose25 · 31-35
Listen to violin music
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@ArianaRose25 Any specific songs?
ArianaRose25 · 31-35
@YourBuddyRandall Chopin is my usual goto. No specific songs though
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@gummybears Any specific recommendations?
gummybears · F
@YourBuddyRandall if I’m really very angry I listen to Eminem
I know it sounds weird
I don’t really like rap music, I love old classic rock, but when I’m angry Eminem helps 🤷🏻‍♀️
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@gummybears Not weird at all! NF also has some similarly angry stuff that might help. "NONAME" is an okay song, "Monsters Ball" by Hilltop Hoods" as well.

@SW-User I've actually been thinking about this. Are there beginner-friendly options? Does it require a particular level of skill to use one?
SW-User
@YourBuddyRandall join a boxing club

masturbating.
goliathtree · 56-60, M
@cravingbodynsoul Angry masturbation sounds dangerous.....
cravingbodynsoul · 41-45, M
@goliathtree my way of diverting the mind as i have never been able to get rid of anger by shouting at the person who caused it.
JoeyFoxx · 56-60, M
Punching the guy who desperately deserves it square in the face
@JoeyFoxx It was twenty years ago and not even I can hold a grudge that long. It was a much different time though and quite scary to be gay or bisexual. I’ve always been a firecracker, though.
@JoeyFoxx He was a stupid red neck that couldn’t handle two pretty young girls off the market. Perhaps he’s grown since then. ✌️
