Do you believe if you've done it, then everybody else should be able to do it with no sweat? Aren't individualism and being gifted a thing?

I think if I can do something you can't, then a helping hand or at least encouragement is far more effective than a put-down.
Most everyone has something they're good at, and even a broken clock is right twice a day.

No. I don't expect everyone to be equally skilled in any 'particular' area, but cross training is always a good idea. Especially when it comes to soldiering.
