Depends on why I think they are doing it... if it feels like she is trying to get something out of me eg a commitment or a gift then I get kinda unimpressed tbh. But if it feels like she's just feeling playful that's awesome

haha no but in a relationship situation with some women, it feels like sometimes when they act flirty it's because they planned out something in their heads, like "If I act this way, then he'll act like this, and then he'll give me what I really want in the first place". Not a fan.

Flirting from complete strangers I kinda view it the same way, based on whether it feels like they see me as a target or they are actually enjoying the moment for its own sake
