@SW-User It depends. If they are attractive and intelligent, I'll flirt back in a semi-detached way. Calculated-neglect gets the most girls ... followed by blunt directness. But being coy is just a waste of everyones time.

@SW-User If there is an initial attraction, it works for MOST girls. Look, I've been on this planet for 5 decades. Seen a lot of women from different generations and cultures. What do they all have in common? They all desire confidence in a man. Those few that don't are not worth the effort.
