If a person is sensitive, does that mean that they are weak?

My father constantly calls me weak because at times I could be overly-sensitive. It is really starting to take a toll on my self esteem.

Sensitive people can be the strongest since they must learn to work through pain. Insensitive folks deflect so much they often dont know how to work through pain or their own emotions.
