depends on what type of love we are talking about. if we're talking universal love, then yes, I wish they will find love and wisdom so that they may become better, wiser, more likable people. I don't wish them harm, but that said I don't want them in my life and if I have a choice between saving them or saving some random dog, I would probably save the dog.
