personally for me - non believers are not evil. Unless they do evil just like believers.

@kodiac Actually there is no connection between believing and being evil - there is only one connection believing and not believing

So the verse is not saying anyone that won't come to the light must be evil? It seems to say the only reason to not believe is if your evil .
