I connect with the Holy Spirit through the gospel, prayer, reading God’s Word, writing, devotions, music, singing, or simply thinking of the things of God, as the Holy Spirit brings love, peace, and joy.

“He who keeps His mind stayed on Him, shall dwell in perfect peace.” Isaiah 26:3

Channel it into my art as much as I can.

What I used to do, shoot cocaine and the more bitter I was the larger the dose, or other impulsive self destructive behaviours.
Now I just get on with my art work, but it just gets darker depending on the severity of bitterness, or just go out in the back yard bare fist and go sick at my punching bag.
