Well as I'm not, I'd have to go with - Is your arse jealous of the amount of shit that just came out of your mouth?
If I were it would be the classic: I can always lose weight but you can't change your (insert relevant person insult that most fits their flaw, e.g. face/nose etc)
Or: You know things expand when they heat. So I'm not fat, I'm Hot!
Or: I ate the last person that said that. 🤷🏼
