what act of self care have you done today?

I'm about to go raid the cupboards/fridge for food

Have some Starbucks, get some water intake, and walk my dog

Ordered things i need for my music set up. So investing in something good for me.

Nothing yet, day is young though, it could be anything ...;)

Washed my eyes and had a good sleep.

Brewed some coffee!

I slept late.

Resisting the urge to hurt myself today

Brushed my teeth

I just pooped.
