What's the worse emotion we can feel?

Self hatred.

For me, it’s been grief.

WOW! 🤔I've read through all these and no one has mentioned "FEAR," which for me is the worse emotion because it stopped me from moving forward in my life. I was frozen in fear for many years. 😭

Upset, it’s a cross of anger and sadness
