How come Barista coffee is so popular these days?

I don't like em. Barista's like to tell you they are Barista's like its something hard to do. But if you think a Barista can make an instant coffee. (1 teaspoon of coffee + Water + dash of milk = Coffee.) Think again!!

I hear ya. They act like they have an actual skill or trade with their cute little foreign title. Plus the fact is they always serve that dark roasted sludge that taste like shit and has all the sweet caffeine roasted out of it.
Give me a good blonde roast at a dinner any day over that over priced hipster mud.
