How come Barista coffee is so popular these days?

I don't like em. Barista's like to tell you they are Barista's like its something hard to do. But if you think a Barista can make an instant coffee. (1 teaspoon of coffee + Water + dash of milk = Coffee.) Think again!!

Well, they use quality coffee beans that are freshly grounded and a special coffee machine with high specs. So it’s different than instant coffee. But I agree their coffee is usually overpriced.
