How come Barista coffee is so popular these days?

I don't like em. Barista's like to tell you they are Barista's like its something hard to do. But if you think a Barista can make an instant coffee. (1 teaspoon of coffee + Water + dash of milk = Coffee.) Think again!!

People love service even if they have to pay more for it...I like to make coffee and drink it at home.

@cherokeepatti The 8 O'clock light roast I perk or pour over at home is way better with more kick than any of that euro trash crap they sell at $6 dollars a cup.

@MethDozer The only time I have coffee out is when the electricity is off at home or when I am traveling and can't make it myself.

@cherokeepatti I like going to the diner. And getting a cup and a slice if pie to read the paper. Not all the time but once awhile to see what the boys been up to and chat the waitresses. Especially during the hunting season.
