How come Barista coffee is so popular these days?

I don't like em. Barista's like to tell you they are Barista's like its something hard to do. But if you think a Barista can make an instant coffee. (1 teaspoon of coffee + Water + dash of milk = Coffee.) Think again!!

Shit.. I like a dash of milk in my coffee but they put way too much milk in Flat Whites and when you ask for a dash of milk in an expresso. The Barista's fuzzy little head explodes. @MushroomFaerie
