Very fast ... seconds

I don’t. I tend to wait and see what happens until the evidence presents itself or doesn’t, as the case may be.

I’m learning to take my time a bit more

Not often, but I do tend to observe carefully and make educated guesses in fairly short order.

Usually about 10 minutes into a convo I can know whether or not I will somebody.
